Functional Training for every day life

A whole lot of work went into this video that I’m posting today. In some ways there are over two decades of expertise in here. Let me explain.

Bryan and Nicole weaver have been into fitness in a big way for a very long time. While some people that are that into fitness become muscle heads and barbie dolls, they’ve maintained their focus on how people actually live and what they actually do. For example, rather than preach and teach a bunch of exercises to make you look a certain way, they focus on the activities that you do every day and provide you with exercises that will prepare you for those.

It’s really fun to hear how Bryan explains it, so I included that at the beginning of the video. Overall it’s about 40 minutes of fast paced instruction. By the end of this video you’re sure to have some specific exercises that you can start doing right now. I even watched it with my wife and kids and my three and five year old girls loved trying to do the workouts. I also have to say that Nicole must be in absolutely incredible shape, since I had a hard time doing the exercises she shows us during the video.

Watch this video at least once before the live session on Wednesday (that’s right, it won’t be Saturday this time around) and have your questions ready.
