Last week was supposed to be a focus on weight loss, but some scheduling conflicts prevented that from happening. This week I went to the trouble to actually purchase rights to a fantastic book on natural weight loss. I’ve spent some time going through it and updating a few parts of it. It’s now ready for you to download.
Some things about the book that I really like include the fact that it’s not focused on the fad diets that so many people get hung up on. That’s really important, since the fad diets give the appearance of working, but then the results just don’t stick. In contrast, this book focuses on a combination of healthy diet and regular exercise.
