I loved running in this marathon. The Top of Utah marathon is in Logan Utah and is a ton of fun. I spent several months training for and anticipating this race and you'll see a lot of what I got out of it.
I finished the marathon in 4:03, which I was happy with (although 3 minutes less happy than I would have liked). It was really an unbelievable experience. I'll point out that running in any race is a lot of run, whether it's a one mile relay, 5k, 10k, you name it. There is such a great feeling of excitement that comes from being part of a formally organized race.

An important part of a healthy diet is knowing how to read the nutrition labels to ensure that your body is getting the nutrients it needs, while avoiding excess fats and too many calories.
