		<description>Interesting info, but I'm having a hard believing that our digestive systems can be tricked by the taste of something.  Seems like something needs to have calories in the first place before our bodies can absorb them.  Makes me think twice though about my diet sodas...</description>

		<description>I stopped using artificial sweeteners a couple of years ago and no longer have cravings for "sweets".  Artificial sweeteners never seemed to satisfy my sweet tooth.
