For any of you that are following my blog but haven’t seen much output lately I wanted to post a quick update about what I’ve been doing. The exercise log is evolving and I’ve been working on a new site that will make it much easier to log your exercise and health stats. But the easier interface isn’t the only thing coming.
I’ve been working hard to come up with more motivational and social ways of helping members succeed in fitness. After eight years I’ve observed a lot of patterns and I think I’ve found some changes and additions that will get you to your goals faster, and help you stay there.
So, stay tuned and watch for some e-mail updates. Hopefully we can start rolling some of the new changes out by early next year.

I have a great one for you… jennifer Cohen’s No Gym Required, it has massively motivated me and have begun to have a positive attitude towards diet and exercise which has been something i’ve battled with for a while. Her book, offers a whole lifestyle change, rather than all these quick fixes which dont last. The way the book is written has made this even more of an inspiration to me, as she seems to understand, feel and think how me and my friends do, (like most people I know really) so the motivation behind the lifestyle changes she offers really hit the spot!
