About Maintain Fit

Maintain Fit is an experiment in motivational technology. When I started running many years ago I found that it was really fun to look back over a week or a month and see how far I had run. Maintain Fit naturally came out of that observation. Over time I added the ability to log biking, hiking and other activities. Since its launch in 2001, many others (nearly 1600 people by February 2008) have felt the same way and begun to use Maintain Fit to track their health and fitness progress. Please enjoy the site.
