			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>Tonight I just finished a 2.8 mile run through my neighborhood.  The sun was just setting and the air was crisp.  I&#8217;ve been running on my treadmill all winter, which can be a real bore (but better than not running).  I was surprised at how fast I was tonight.  I&#8217;ve mentioned before that my treadmill is a bit off in it&#8217;s measurements, but I didn&#8217;t know how far off it was.</p>
<p>It sure does feel GREAT to be running outside again!</p>
