One of the most difficult aspects of exercise is getting started. I can’t even tell you how many miles I’ve run in my mind while sitting around the house (or in front of the computer). Here’s my best trick to get you out the door so that you can start making use of your exercise log. It’s a quick video and it explains this idea:

When you include others in your exercise plans, especially by inviting them to do it with you, you hugely increase the chances that you’ll get out the door to exercise.

The best example that I can think of for this is a running partner (or a yoga partner, or any other type of partner). So watch this quick video then call or e-mail someone right now and invite them to go get some exercise. You might be surprised how grateful they are that you invited them.

When you finish your workout, come back here and post a comment telling me how it went.
