I know that there has been some discussion around listening to music while running in the forum, but this might be a cool addition to your workout.  At first glance, they appear to have workout videos for Free Weights,  Core Strength, Swiss Ball.  I haven&#8217;t downloaded them to my iPod yet, but I&#8217;ll probably try it later.</p>
<p>Have any of you tried this?  If you know of other sites, post a comment and let me know their URLs.</p>
