Too much red meat increases risk of death

By now that shouldn’t surprise you.  The thing that I thought was interesting about the article is that it didn’t just focus on cancer or heart disease.  It said that “They found big meat eaters had a raised risk of death from all causes over a 10-year period.”  That’s a big claim.  Although they did go on to talk a lot about cancer.
